MAKING A PURCHASE

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy to put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy your order. This information will then be e-mailed to us along with your preferred payment method.

CURRENCY CONVERTER

If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and the currency converter will convert the transaction to your own currency. Alternatively, you can phone, email or post your order to us. See below for payment methods.

Unfortunately the site Currency Converter is not yet linked in. A Currency Converter is available though via the PayPal site when paying for purchases by PayPal.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept the following methods of payment:

1. CHEQUE:
   UK Cheques, Euro cheques in £ Sterling, International £ Sterling Cheques (Made Payable to ‘Fanatic Records’). Please note that personal cheques take up to two weeks to clear before we dispatch goods.
2. INTERNATIONAL MONEY ORDER:
   In £ Sterling. Please are sending is enough to cover the cost of your purchase.

3. POSTAL ORDER:
   In £ Sterling.
   Goods dispatched on receipt.
4. CASH:
   Cash (Registered Post) in UK Pounds (£).
   Goods dispatched on receipt.
5. PAY PAL:
   Goods dispatched when a/c Credited.

RECYCLED PACKAGING

We at Fanatic Records care for the environment so wherever possible we will recycle packaging. This will in no way effect the quality of service you will receive from fanatic records.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

All non UK orders are shipped via air mail. We despatch orders as soon as we possibly can. If there is any delay in sending your order, we will keep you informed via email.

SHIPPING CHARGES (UK Pounds)

Please note that double LP's or CD's etc. will be charged as 2 CD's or LP's.

For all orders over £30, 60p will be added for Recorded Delivery. Orders over £50will incure an additional £3.50 charge for Registered Post to ensure secure delivery.
